Cookies & privacy

Do you use cookies?

- We use browser local storage (localStorage) to save your cart. This lets you close the tab and come back without losing your products. This data only lives in your browser — we don't send it to any server.

- We also use Stripe technical cookies, but only when you reach the payment gateway. Stripe needs them to process payments securely. You can view their privacy policy here.

Do you use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or that kind of thing?

- No. Zero. Nothing. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers. We just want to sell you things, not spy on you.

Payments & data

How do I pay?

- With Stripe. Card and other modern inventions. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all of that.

What do you do with my data?

- The minimum needed to get your order to you. No selling lists or spamming you with boring emails. We don't even manage user accounts: all purchases are made as a guest, so for now, unless we find we need it, there are no logins or registrations.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

- Shipping to Spain, Portugal and France: €4.95 for orders under €150, free on orders over €150. Shipping to the rest of the EU: €8.95 (no free shipping threshold).

Where do you ship from?

- Currently from Spain (Madrid). If you're nearby, it'll arrive quickly. If you're in another EU country, it'll take a little longer.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days in mainland Spain (GLS or Correos), 3 to 5 days to the Canary Islands and Balearics, 4 to 7 days to Portugal and France, and 7 to 10 days to the rest of Europe.

Warranty & returns

Can I return something?

- Yes, you have 14 days from when you receive the product (as required by law).

Who pays for return shipping?

- You do. Unless the mistake is ours, in which case we cover it.

What if my order arrives damaged or has a defect?

- Send us a message with photos and we'll sort it out. All products include the 2-year legal warranty required by EU regulations (3 years in Portugal). Some manufacturers offer additional commercial warranties of 3 years or more.
