Hackeed Martin MK1

The first cellular node of the Martin series: what the Red Teaming and physical auditing world knows as a Drop Box (or Rogue Device). It's a remote and (relatively) discreet pentesting machine (for now ;). You leave it deployed at the target location and it connects to the internet via its own 4G LTE SIM, allowing you to access it via VPN (tested with Tailscale) from wherever you are. It doesn't touch the local network, doesn't need WiFi, and survives power outages while keeping its own time. Stacked on top of the Pi 4 are three layers: the 4G/3G HAT (Mini PCI-E socket and Nano SIM, AT commands via USB-C) providing the cellular radio; the UPS with RTC and coulomb meter (two replaceable 18650 batteries, safe software shutdown, independent clock); and the mPCIe modem with its antenna, completing the data link. Optional: an Alfa AWUS036ACS adds a second WiFi radio with monitor mode and packet injection in Kali, for nodes that also need to listen to the airwaves. This is not an off-the-shelf product: it's assembled on demand. You choose the RAM (4 or 8 GB) and whether you want the extra WiFi radio, and we build exactly that. The design is open: every part links back to its manufacturer and wiki, so you can replicate, expand, or modify it yourself. (SIM not included. Requires a data SIM from the operator. We assume a "default" Kali Linux ARM installation unless instructed otherwise).
